Excellent service! Stone took an extra trip to SF just to pick up ours visas!! Super grateful! He is very knowledgeable and helpful during the application process too. Highly recommended.
Non-professional and unfriendly staff. On Friday, they picked my documents and passport for Schengen (German) visa, affirming that they send the applications and receive the visas in 1 week. On Monday another employee (Heidi Wong?) called me and with non-friendly voice explained to me that they do not proceed with Schengen visa at all. She asked me to pick up the passport the same day.
