Very professional! Both reception and audiologist were friendly and inviting. Excellent customer service! A thorough check and discussion was done before recommending hearing aids. Any questions I’ve had, have not gone unanswered.

Recently upgraded my hearing aids. The set that Amy recommended are awesome. I had some insurance issues and Amy and her staff were very patient while it all got worked out. Over the years I have stopped there with my previous pair for cleanings and various reasons. They are always pleasant and fun to visit with. Highly recommend their services. Would give them a 20 rating if possible! Recently revisited! They are always very helpful and happy. I enjoy getting my hearing aids cleaned( sorta weird i know)
a couple months ago I decided to visit the owatonna office.My left side was bad and i wanted a second opion regarding my options. my new audiologist DR. Morgan administered a full hearing test,and it was determined that any conventional aid would not be beneficial. thats kinda what i assumed from the start. she explained that a cross over aid would be exactly what i needed to be able to hear from all sides!
