The level of unprofessionalism shown today during my uncles service was unacceptable. I’m assuming “bill” is an owner and he was there to run the service and be helpful but honestly he was anything but helpful. Our family member passing was tragic and unexpected, we had nothing prepared. Bill was the nicest person I talked to on the phone that day, while my head was ringing he would answer my questions even as I repeated them with patience and compassion. He was ready to help every step of the way, he made it quick, easy and genuinely wanted to be helpful not just promote his business. We are so grateful to you Bill, may you and your family be blessed.
The worst place I have ever been
I attended my uncle’s funeral here, and the experience was deeply disappointing. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a respectful, compassionate, or even competent funeral service. One of the staff members, who I believe was Bill, one of the owners, based on the photo on their website, was especially rude and unprofessional.
