I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Xue, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the very first consultation through my post-op appointments, she was incredibly detailed and professional. Dr Xue was excellent. She was prepared and explained everything to me thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my upcoming procedure. She was kind and optimistic about the possible outcomes for my procedure. She made the medical terms understandable and clear to me so that I could make clear choices. Overall, the visit was awesome.
Dr. Xue and her staff are wonderful, very efficient, and so sweet.
I CALLED BECAUSE MY INSURANCE SAYS IT WILL COVER SOME PROCEDURES. HOWEVER AFTER CALLING ABOUT IT LADY OTP MADE IT LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES. IF SHE SAID THEY DONT ACCEPT INSURANCE COOL MONEY ONLY. I CAN DO THAT. I MAKE MONEY! DONT TREAT PPL LIKE THEY DONT HAVE IT YOU NEVER KNOW WHOS ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE. ILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE AND FIND A BETTER DR OFFICE. JUST WANTED TO SEE WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE IF INSURANCE COVERED IT COOL IF NOT, COOL. GIRL BYE!
