1-star review Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I called ahead and confirmed I could drop off a package to be held for pickup on Monday and was quoted a $5 holding fee. When my colleague arrived to drop it off, the staff member refused to accept the package, accused us of being "scammers," and would not listen to any explanation despite the package clearly having our name and business on it. Anytime I got to have anything shipped copied or done that's the only place I go that's the best place All around the lake Geneva area and I'm telling you sometimes I go in and get a lot of stuff done and texted and copied off my phone sometimes I might just get a copy are one just you know you don't know me nothing I gave him a handshake and I tell him thank you and you know what that's the type of people I love to deal with
