I've been going to Dr Colwell since 2021 for multiple surgeries. I had major weightloss and underwent a full lower body lift, tummy tuck, breast lift, arm lift, back lift. Most recently I went back for liposuction of my knees, arms and low back. This year for my 42nd birthday I will be having a full face lift and blaphroplasty. Based on staff not the doctor per se - I’ve been leaving messages in hopes to get a consult since early November - they never pick up the phone nor return phone calls.
I had a reduction done in April 2022 and I felt like she did not do a good job when it came to answering questions regarding the surgery or post op expectations. I don’t think she cared about how the surgery came out because everything came out uneven and my incisions were massive and not well done. I recommend doing research on your surgeon before getting on their table. I ended up having to go to another doctor to fix her work.
Wow. Not only is Dr. Colwell a master surgeon, she is personable, professional, frank, and responsive. She does beautiful work.
The outcome of my surgery on my eyes was not as desired, the lower eyelid shape is odd and there is excess skin and fat in areas that doesn’t seem well integrated. However, she is very professional and calm. She also was careful and she avoided any major complications. Unfortunately, my eyes look the same if not a worse in some ways. She didn’t do a horrible job but I would have picked a different surgeon.
