Last contact was very agitated after repeated attempt to initiate conversation with attorney on retainer, like other reviews many missed phone calls. Missed Phone calls with paralegal. Very Unprofessional and has some clear ethical violations that need to be discussed with a Bar Complaint.
Called Ms Oliver on Thursday, 6/17/2021. She stated would call back the next day as was headed into meeting. She called late on Friday (approximately 6:30 pm) and I explained need for services. She stated her consult fee ($500) and would email a Letter of Retainer. Gave her my email address and as of 06/21/2021 have received the Letter of Retainer. Obviously business is so good she does not need a new client.
Mrs Oliver is very professional and attentive to your needs. She will spend all the time you need to understand the process. She will be the only attorney I will ever use. Thank you Amy for everything you did for us!
Kinda was rude when I called.. Edit: mam, you were rude when I called lol you immediately rushed me off the phone. And my identity clearly doesn’t matter because again I was rushed off the phone. But best of luck to you and your future endeavors!
