I've been a patient at BPC for well over a decade and have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was by Ms. Robidoux. She was filling in as a substitute for my PCP, Meghan Provost (who is excellent, btw). When I asked her what she thought of my symptoms, she simply replied "I dunno", and very sarcastically, I may add.
