I have seen over the last year of decreased professionalism and response from this provider. During events that are series to her patients and not responding in a appropriated time frame, 72 hours would of been nice, and when responding it was clear that she did not read the concerns and issues from the patient. This is detailed when referrals are done to wrong centers or not correct orders causing weeks of time extentions to labs and tests. I am so happy with my experience yesterday with Dr. Hoover and the entire staff at the Parker Blvd location. The nurses were kind, professional and knowledgeable. The woman that drew my lab work was so nice and an excellent blood drawer. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hoover. Not once did she make me feel like she was judging me, even though I had gained quite a bit if weight since I had last seen a doctor, and I refused a couple of the tests that were recommended.
