A lot of other folks in the reviews have commented on Dr. Redmer’s rudeness, angry energy, rapid fire questions, and military treatment. My husband and I both experienced all of those things, but that is not what made me decide to write this 1-star review. If you want a doctor that will ask what your primary health concern is and then spend 0 time addressing it, will make it clear that she does not do and will not talk about [insert whatever specific health concern that most other PCPs will at least talk to you about], and t... read more
Amy is a wonderful person and a great Dr. She is so thoughtful and so kind.
Far too much bureaucratic red tape to get the simplest things done. Things like having a form signed just to be able to move my mother in law from independent to assisted living, we had to bundle her up and bring her in when we were there just the week before. Just so they can bill the insurance company. We also called and told them some tests we needed done. They said they could do it. We made the appointment & brought her in just for them to say they cannot do the tests we needed. She's not a very personable doctor either.
The worst doctor that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Amy Redmer could not care less about her patients and I should’ve read her reviews before scheduling an appointment. Redmer laughed while I was getting an exam and rolled her eyes when I asked for a referral to a dermatologist. The staff at the front of the desk is no better. Standing in front of them for 3+ minutes just for them to acknowledge me with attitude. All on their phones and carrying their own conversations.
