Far too much bureaucratic red tape to get the simplest things done. Things like having a form signed just to be able to move my mother in law from independent to assisted living, we had to bundle her up and bring her in when we were there just the week before. Just so they can bill the insurance company. We also called and told them some tests we needed done. They said they could do it. We made the appointment & brought her in just for them to say they cannot do the tests we needed. She's not a very personable doctor either.
The worst doctor that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Amy Redmer could not care less about her patients and I should’ve read her reviews before scheduling an appointment. Redmer laughed while I was getting an exam and rolled her eyes when I asked for a referral to a dermatologist. The staff at the front of the desk is no better. I would not recommend this provider for a dog! She is only concerned about the money. Not kind or caring…office staff and helpers were great!
If you need a dr who is compassionate and understanding this will not be the dr for you. I’m an anxious person and I haven’t been to the dr in years so I’m already nervous and on the edge, I had my appointment today and I had a misunderstanding about what the appt was. I apologized several times to the nurse and to dr. Redmer. She had an attitude when she walked in and was obviously angry that I misunderstood what the appt was for saying that we had discussed it at my first appointment. First time visit was Friday staff was very friendly and efficient (Hayley) was my nurse. Dr. Redmer did an excellent job definitely would recommend
