This was my first visit and I find the staff was very professional and pleasantly nice. Dr. Ragsdale was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The atmosphere was lovely. I look forward to my next visit.
First time going to Dr. Ragland's office in Lakeland. All staff were very nice and Dr. Ragland was great. She listened, took notes, and started a care plan. There was no waiting time. Will see how the future appointments go having continuous headaches and allergic reaction to something.
This visit was the best I have had. She took time to listen, check my face completely, making corrections to meds for now and made me feel confident that my situation could be better.
