I felt listen to. I was very happy that there was a next step. I have had issues with a runny nose and coughing - thought it was allergies. Ruling that out and knowing there was another avenue to try to solve the issues was comforting. Hoping the ENT will be the answer.

My mom repeatedly sought care because she was having ongoing respiratory symptoms and was told it was “just allergies.” Unfortunately, her condition continued to worsen.
