The staff is friendly, and the wait time for an appointment is way better than that of any other neurologist I have called. Dr. Zarrin is attentive and a great listener. She takes her time with you and does all she can to figure out what's going on with you. She is an excellent doctor!
Three months of waiting just for an intake with no cancellations before. I was confirmed yesterday. I was confirmed 11/24, also 11/25 this morning, this afternoon I was told my intake was canceled. I could come back January or February next year, ladies on the phone where abrupt, curt and disrespectful As for first impressions, Dr. Amy Zarin you do not rate in my book and I am worse for knowing of you without ever knowing you . No thanks.
