Dr Shepard is very caring professional and listens to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate!
When our previous PCP left the practice in South Lyon, my husband and I were upset. We lost a trusted doctor and needed to find a new one we clicked with. While my husband is still searching for the right doctor at the practice, I got lucky and feel like I hit the lottery with Dr. Shephard. She is so kind and never shies away from the million questions I ask. She is encouraging and gives me the information I need to continue to stay healthy as I age.
Dr Shepherd is very professional she has time to talk to you, very nice and will listen, she is my number one lady Dr. We joke Dr Ozlins is my nb one male Dr. I will not go anywhere else
