I have been a patient of Dr. Kelley since the early 1990's. She has seen me for a variety of things over those years. I have also treated with Nurse Practioner Nichols. Their care has been excellent over the years. I have always been able to get in to see them whenever it has been necessary and received the best treatment possible.
I see Stephanie, CNP at Dr. Kelly’s office. I love her! She is always very thorough and makes sure all my questions are answered. I would highly recommend her.
I was greeted promptly and politely. My nurse, Yolanda( I hope I got that correct), was efficient, friendly and thorough! Chloe listened to me and offered suggestions and positive advice. I felt like I was well taken care of and am satisfied with the care I received!
The NP’s are quite well educated, but more than that, you can tell they care. As someone who has had a chronic illness my whole life, to finally have a physician read my mental health assessment and care about it was impressive. They don’t just push pills, they walk you through what different avenues of treatment are available, and take it one step at a time with you. Well rounded care. I saw NP Stephanie for an exam prior to starting a new medical program. She was excellent in patient care as well as completing the extensive documentation required by my new university. She also referred me to a specialist for a visit related to a persistent medical concern. Everything from scheduling to check out was smooth & easy. I recommend COPC with Dr. Am Kelley & NP Stephanie to anyone looking for a new office.
