I bought a natural hair wig for $1800 due to hair loss from chemo, but unfortunatelly developed a contact dermatitis to the lining of the wig (medically documented by my oncologist). When I called the store to arrange for return, they told me that "Federal Law forbids return of hair goods." I checked with FDA policy, called and emailed FDA and received a response that they are not aware of such regulation.
