RESPONSE TO NUNN'S RESPONSE: It's quite laughable that you disclosed how long I have not been with you guys even though it's been less than a year, that you claim to document your policies which is something that is an industry standard, and that you claimed you didn't end care abruptly when in fact you did despite prescribing policies in place by the state to protect patients, but then throw in HIPPA and how you weren't going to respond but did. I had four children receiving psychiatric care and medication management at this office. Three were previously discharged due to alleged “no-show” appointments that I was never notified about. Now my fourth child has also been discharged for the same reason. After reviewing my calendar, several of the dates they claim were missed do not match the records I have. I have been a patient here for several years and initially had a very positive experience. I started my care with a wonderful provider who made me feel heard and supported, and my mental health was in great hands. When she left the practice, I was open to continuing care and took the time to build a relationship with my new provider.
