I've been seeing Dr. Noel for around a year now and she's a fantastic doctor! Always listens to every question and concern I have, follows up with me, and genuinely cares about how I am. She makes the environment comfortable and lighthearted whenever she gets the chance, I'd recommend her to anyone

I had a woman tell me that I wasted the doctors time. When I’m considered a new patient. When I called to let them know I won’t make it because I’ll need time to get there. Very unprofessional and it’s the first time in Northshore that has ever made me feel like I wasn’t a patient of theirs. Of course, they are in the psychiatric department to which in their eyes they don’t see us as patients more like addicts, or unbalanced individuals that’s why they are going there in the first place. Nothing but a great experience. I take my son here and all the ladies at the front desk are very kind. My son see’s Amy Noel, MD and she is very sweet and always makes us feel like a priority when we are there. She makes sure she answers all our questions and makes our experience very personable every time.
