I am profoundly grateful for this Somatic Skills class for Conscious Embodiment, and couldn't miss the chance to continue on with the next series of classes, because of the life-changing shifts I am experiencing. Before this class, my biggest challenge was leaving my window of tolerance when triggered. Amy's Somatic Skills class was an amazing experience. I am not a person who ever takes the time to do reviews but it was a must! If you are a person who struggles with a lot of anxiety, overthinking & lack of confidence (like myself) I highly recommend that you to try this class. I attended Amy's "Sacred Heart of Being" Retreat and it was truly transformative. Through a beautiful combination of shamanic ritual, sacred community, teaching, and music I experienced a deep connection with Pachamama. Amy weaves together so much knowledge, experience and spiritual wisdom, but presents it in a light and open-hearted way that feels accessible and supportive.

I took part in Amy's 8 week somatic skills class. The first day she spent 10 mins describing how confident she was in her material and teaching that she ought to offer a guaranteed refund if for any reason anyone was unsatisfied. I found the instruction lacking, and left the class. Amy declined to issue any refund. Although there was a no refunds policy I found this to be a low integrity move and was disappointed in her communication.
