He checked my water heater and confirmed that it was functioning properly, but he noticed that the T&P valve wasn’t installed correctly. I had another plumber scheduled, but they didn’t show up. I called Zachary around 10am, and he said he could come out to help clear my basement toilet. Three hours later, he arrived and got to work, only to discover the issue was outside the house. After locating the cleanouts in our flower bed, he used a chain mechanism to access the pipes.
