Dr. Janousek was amazing! She took ample time to ask questions and really talk through all of our concerns! She was great at explaining to a child’s level of understanding. Highly recommend!!
My child’s appointment was wonderful from the welcome desk through the time we left. Everyone at the clinic made it a point to make us feel comfortable and Nurse Practitioner Janousek was clearly prepared with notes on my child’s history. She took so much time with us explaining the problem, showing us illustrations to make it easy to understand, and giving us a good plan moving forward. My teen is interested in going into healthcare and I was so grateful they got the opportunity to experience this kind of care.
Doctors should’ve sat together and discussed my daughter’s care plan as they were both different! But I loved the treatment of my daughter bed side manners and I still need answers but great doctors

Very condensing and rude. Asked my child if she liked wetting the bed because shes not doing enough to not wet the bed. We fly to Children's for top care. Not an ignorant woman with no compassion to roll her eyes and make rude comments. Absolutely poor manners and not professional.
