Dr. Mount and her staff are doing a tremendous job, thank you for serving the pets and people of this area. My late dog was seen by Dr. Mount at a different practice before YHV opened, and my cats have exclusively received care at this location. I needed to make payments because of my income and I'm VERY responsible for paying my bills. Wasn't told over the phone about upfront total due payment at time of visit. I was charged $95.00 for the visit and NOTHING was done for my pet. It cost me $95.00 to drive there to have them tell me they wouldn't do anything without the FULL payment up front. 😐 That's caring about people's pets?! Don't think so!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent experience at Your Hometown Vet. From the moment we scheduled our appointment, everything was completely stress-free.
