If I could give less stars I would. Make sure you don't ask any questions during your annual physical because if you do then you'll get your head bit off. Then she will tell you that you need to pay for another appointment to talk about any concerns you have around your health. And then on top of that then you will get a bill with incorrect codes. Just awful.
