Love the Dr but good luck getting through to anyone. I get hung up on every time they transfer me from the main desk. After 3 attempts the receptionist will just tell you they’re gone for the day (has happened twice to me in the early afternoon). Ironic that a hearing center has a receptionist that speaks like a church mouse gargling phlegm so that’s not helpful. There are at least 2 receptionists and one is helpful and one is not, I usually get the “Not”.
Actually "hearing" you need hearing aids to help you hear was very hard for me. I'm young, why do I need aids? Well I did, and it was the best experience working with Dr. Mellonig and her practice manager Susan. She had away with making me feel ok with my new little friends. Dr. Mellonig and her team came highly recommended and I can see why. Thank you so much for the excellent care.
Dr. Mellonig is kind, considerate and patience. She's always very prompt in seeing her patients. Very knowledgeable about hearing problems and devices.
