I have been treated very well by this Doc she is busy because she is good. Very good bedside manner, great team environment. She’s smart enough to dumb it down for me and takes the time to explain it all, and goes above and beyond. Thank you I will be back when all the energy drinks catch up to me.
I have gone to Dr McKerrow for kidney stones for 2 years. She is fantastic. She has done 3 surgeries and all were professional and excellent considering the ailment. She has worked hard at prevention treatment. She has had amazing bedside manner and has empathy for my issues. Highly recommend.
Very unsatisfactory experience. Saw her many times and she has done NOTHING to help me. Medicare has paid her a small fortune and I am not a bit better. The last time I had an appointment with her, she was too busy to see me. Her nurse didn't know why I was there, so I left. VERY unprofessional. I will not see her again.
Dr McKerrow was very professional, quite frankly I was a little nervous about going to a female urologist, a generational thing, but her manner and professionalism soon took care of that. I will continue seeing her as we work through my issues. Would recommend Dr McKerrow to anyone.
