Booked a 20 min chair massage online during my hour lunch break. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm, and they didn't get me in the chair until 1:14pm. After paying for the service, the masseuse kept pointing to my receipt asking for a tip and questioning why no tip. I proceeded to hand her $1 cash from my wallet, but she refused to accept it and still kept pointing to the receipt wanting a tip. There appears to be a language barrier, and customer service needs improvement.
This is going to be a long review; just heads up. The massage itself was good but I have several issues. First of all, I booked online through website for 90 minute 4 hand massage. I received response back indicating and confirming what I wanted. When I first arrived I meet by two ladies. They requested you pay first, which is different but understandable. My wife and I love Amy Massage! We get 90 minute couples massages frequently. It helps with our travel and work schedules to relax and unwind.
This massage was the best ever!!! They were so amazing I wish I could use words. They made my mom's and my day. Honestly I don't know why they are not lined out the door because they are amazing!!! I will definitely be back and very soon!!!!
