Coco did a wonderful job and I recommend this spa to everyone. I did a 90 mins deep tissue massage.
Booked a 20 min chair massage online during my hour lunch break. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm, and they didn't get me in the chair until 1:14pm. After paying for the service, the masseuse kept pointing to my receipt asking for a tip and questioning why no tip. I proceeded to hand her $1 cash from my wallet, but she refused to accept it and still kept pointing to the receipt wanting a tip. There appears to be a language barrier, and customer service needs improvement.
This is going to be a long review; just heads up. The massage itself was good but I have several issues. First of all, I booked online through website for 90 minute 4 hand massage. I received response back indicating and confirming what I wanted. When I first arrived I meet by two ladies. They requested you pay first, which is different but understandable.
