I love Dr. Amy Latta. She is so attentive and listens to you. She sits down to chat with you before getting down to business. She takes time to listen to your needs. I enjoy seeing her, and miss her when it has been too long. Great office. Friendly staff and nurses.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Summary: Do your family a favor and don't settle for Bent Tree Family Physicians or Dr. Amy Latta, where you are not a patient...you're a customer. From outrageous fees to discouraging patient questions, this practice is not the place for caring parents with young children. I recommend you find a doctor that will take after-hours calls for sick children, will encourage parents to participate in the health decisions of their children, and that will provide your medical records when requested.
