Crappy. The person who answers the phone listed for scheduling appointments says Dr. Beeman works on the floor and that there is no one who can schedule patients in to see her. Nice.
Business response:
As a hospitalist, I don't see patients in an office setting. I serve patients that are critically ill and admitted to the hospital floor. Almost always this means that I care for a patient after they have been through the emergency room. Not sure who you talked to at hospital but they should have explained this. Please be sure to follow up with your primary care provider. All the best.
