Dr Cozart has a God complex and an aggressive attitude. He has a deplorable bedside manner and needs to rethink his field of occupation.
Absolutely the worst ER ever. People even come by ambulance and most are put in waiting room. Hours and hours of waiting. They check your vitals every two hours. While we were there 4 other people checked their selves out, one was brought by ambulance. Then my daughter checked herself out. We had been there for 6 hours. Every person there was seen and some released but not her. We asked when she would be seen. Their answer was " we have no idea". Really poor service. Go elsewhere. Avoid this ER !!!!!
The hospital sucks!
The medical care is decent, however, the administrative side (Billing, Scheduling) is a joke, literally the front does not know what the rear is doing, definitely would not voluntarily walk into this hospital for help.
Medical care is decent, however, the administrative processes (billing, communication, scheduling) is HORRIBLE, be prepared the do lots of your own leg work when dealing with these people. I would not voluntarily walk into this hospital for help.
worst thing ive ever seen with the ones working in the ct scans area. its obvious they are there for a pay check. they have no care for the patients.
I don't think I will go back here for another mammogram. This was just a routine yearly check. The office staff were all quite nice, I wasn't in there forever... Quite pleased Until actually getting the mammogram. The tech was a bit impatient and rough. I've had back surgery before, and I am slightly but visibly "crooked" It was difficult to lean to the right, pressing hard on the machine, while sliding my left foot out to the side, I could do it, BUT that machine did not have to be squeezed that tight, to wh... read more
The Emergency Room at Mercy should not be open!!! I was in December 9th and I was shocked at how inconsiderate the nurses were in the ER. The morning I went it was 2 a.m., It was not crowded, obviously others knew not to go to that ER. I went in because I had Covid and bronchitis, my throat was so swollen I could barely get a breath. I had to come out to the desk to get a cup of ice. 5 people standing at the desk, they said go back to the room and push the help button. Never once did a Dr look at my throat!!!! I tried to... read more
Today I'm really disappointed in the nursing staff and security guards at Mercy Hospital St Louis. If you love your love ones this not the hospital to take them to. My daughter and I was just put out the ICU(Intensive Care Unit) by people on power struggle, because I asked for pain pill for my daughter. My daughter was on 6 liters of oxygen, Pnuemonia, IV antibiotic, sepsis and shortness of breath. Being scheduled for drain placement in right chest. Staff nurse says me asking was aggressive to her. Security showed up and sa... read more
