I can say this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor and her team. The pandemic reviews should be ignored, honestly. If you’re considering her practice I’m confident you’ll find Dr. Loden and her team confident compassionate thorough fast and a pleasure to work with.

I was actually very happy with Dr. Loden. I found her competent and hands on- no complaints. BUT, she decided to become a concierge doctor and just work for the wealthy- yes, I’m bitter. She gave us 2 months notice- which turns out was not nearly enough time- some new appts are 6-9 months out (pandemic). I chose one from a list she provided- turns out this new doc had no clue, could not even prescribe my meds because of ‘licensing’ issues. I literally have no doctor now and am in a panic. Tests and meds I’ve needed have been... read more

I was looking into getting a new PCP and made an appt for the middle of September. Which i desperately needed because i ran out of my depression meds and was starting to really feel the negative affects. I received a call that she would be out of town that week. I understood, and rescheduled for October. I show up and see a sign on the door saying closed for a meeting after driving 30 minutes. I was frustrated. I called and the very rude receptionist told me that they must have written the date down wrong for my appt. and re... read more

She was very patient and listened to all of my health concerns. She made sure I was comfortable, and she explained my health in a way that I understood. She can be blunt and to the point, but never rude. I admire her love for her job and her passion for women’s health.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see Dr. Loden, but after my awful experience with her staff I felt compelled to write this. I made my initial new patient appointment and received a message while I was out of town telling me I needed to reschedule. A couple days later I called the office and rescheduled my appointment. Then today I received a very rude phone call telling me they’ve tried to contact me multiple times and I still need to reschedule—I informed her staff member that I HAD rescheduled to TODAY. I was very rudely to... read more

So rude and not competent as a physician. Went to another doctor for a second opinion and as expected, Dr. Loden was in the wrong. I should have trusted the many negative reviews online about her.

She and her office staff refuse timely access to test results that cost $1000s in violation of patients’rights

Dr. Amy Loden was assigned to me as my PCP by my insurance company upon enrollment. I took my first bad experience with her office as a warning, and changed my PCP immediately, and I would suggest others read the mixed reviews before walking into the office. This space doesn’t allow for me to go into details, but I found the office staff disrespectful, indifferent, and unfeeling. The staff’s behavior is a reflection on the doctor, especially when they say “the doctor said…” I cannot put my healthcare in the hands of someone ... read more
