I love this place. Everyone there is so nice. Dr Lobrano listens and explains everything about your conditions and medication. After years of suffering I believe I found a doctor that cares.
Very thorough and listens to your concerns. Always responds to calls and follow up that require immediate attention. Very caring and knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile for her patients.
Other than an initial administrative "hiccup" in trying to complete a "transfer of care" from one office/doctor to another, my experience was very, very pleasant. I believe the "hiccup" was a problem at the office I was transferring from so I still gave 5 stars because the Doctor and staff that I saw in the Plano office were wonderful.
