Amy is very patient and excellent at communication. Before each house viewing, she organizes and prints out the details of the house and puts them in a folder for our convenience. Although the house we liked was under contract at first, after it went back on market, Amy successfully negotiated for a price lower than listing. We really enjoy house hunting with Amy :)
