Dr. Walker is the best optometrist around. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. Her depth of knowledge is amazing. I send all my friends and family to see her.
Dr. Walker was very nice and helpful, however, after my exam, my Mychart contact presecription seemed off. I messaged her/the office multiple times to ensure that it was correct and they reiterated that that was the correct prescription. I purchased the contacts, and as soon as I put them in, confirmed that they were in fact, the wrong prescription. I had to contact my insurance/the place I bought the contacts, etc. to get it fixed and it was a huge hassle.
Excellent Optometrist. Goes above and beyond in patient care. Very thorough in her approach to find a suitable solution. After numerous doctor visits to other healthcare providers, Dr. Walker was able to diagnose my problem. She is one of the best Optometrists and healthcare providers around! She takes the time to listen, explain and provide overall exceptional care.
She's wonderful...common sense, highly skilled and a patient, excellent listener.
