Dr. Teressi is an amazing physician! I am a visiting niece and watched in amazement as the good doctor spent just as long as she needed to explain, answer questions and formulate a strategy for a very serious condition my aunt was experiencing. It was an educational as well as inspirational experience for me. My father and my sister are physicians, but I didn’t know that there were really were any other others who dedicate the kind of care and concern that Dr. Teresi demonstrates daily. Dr Teresi has done more to improve my overall health than any other doctor ever. You may wait, but that is because she devotes time and attention to every patient. She listens. I feel she practices endocrinology with the perspective of an internist, addressing the whole system rather than just treating one endocrinal aspect. She has provided excellent referrals and advised of safe supplementation when needed while providing ongoing monitoring to assess long term health benefits and to make adjustments for optimal results. Dr. Teresi is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I have had the pleasure to visit. She takes a lot of time with her patients, keeps track of every health issue and is extremely bright and caring. You can't find a better physician anywhere!
Dr Teresi has been our doctor for over a decade. THE most unprofessional, rude, discourteous, NOT punctual, lazy, abominable front desk/customer service EVER!!!!! How someone could possibly keep patients at a place where your number one priority is the patient? Never returns calls. Even after a hospital discharge? Are you serious? This is life or death. You have no idea how frustrating and scary it is when your family member is suffering and you can’t get ahold of her doctor. NOT acceptable! We will be reporting this.
I had made an appt with Dr Teresi 5 months ago, finally waiting to get in yesterday for my 11:00 apt. I got there 10 minutes early was not greeted by a hello or anything just a stare till I said my name. Then sat in her old dated waiting room and filled out forms. I was finally put in a room after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes then waited another hour with no one checking in with me or saying sorry she is running late.
