Dr. Teresi is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I have had the pleasure to visit. She takes a lot of time with her patients, keeps track of every health issue and is extremely bright and caring. You can't find a better physician anywhere!
Dr Teresi has been our doctor for over a decade. THE most unprofessional, rude, discourteous, NOT punctual, lazy, abominable front desk/customer service EVER!!!!! How someone could possibly keep patients at a place where your number one priority is the patient? Never returns calls. Even after a hospital discharge? Are you serious? This is life or death. You have no idea how frustrating and scary it is when your family member is suffering and you can’t get ahold of her doctor. NOT acceptable! We will be reporting this.
I had made an appt with Dr Teresi 5 months ago, finally waiting to get in yesterday for my 11:00 apt. I got there 10 minutes early was not greeted by a hello or anything just a stare till I said my name. Then sat in her old dated waiting room and filled out forms. I was finally put in a room after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes then waited another hour with no one checking in with me or saying sorry she is running late. My doctor since 2008. There’s no one better; I’ve traveled from NYC to see her- I’d travel from anywhere - she’s worth it. She sits down, asks questions, remembers everything, and cares about her patients health.
Referred to Dr. Teresi by another doctor. Called office over 11 times over 2 week period during regular business hours. No answer. Left multiple vm messages. No call back. Finally got through and was told front office staff was away for a week and that they could not schedule an appointment for 5 months. How precious.
