Dr Grace is excellent but is overworked. She is attentive at appointments and helpful to the patient but it's too difficult to get a timely appointment and her staff is not very helpful with the exception of Teddi. If you go to the ER they say to see your GP within a few days but this is impossible. The CNA's and nurse practitioners are less than efficient. The office is comfortable and clean.
She is attentive. I always have more than one reason for her advice (a list) and she is patient and tries to address all. VERY busy and after visit have to talk to one of her PA..they try but my end results are not good. I feel like a ping-pong ball schuffled around (needed) end results Dr.s are not sharing and nothing is getting accomplished.
Dr Grace was wondereful but her office staff & some of the nurses need help
Do you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor? Then Bassett Health is the right place for you. Do you enjoy watching elderly, ill people refused appointments because they were 10 minutes late? Then Bassett Health is for you. Dr. Grace is an good physician. The office policies however are draconian. You may wait for an hour, but the office staff will rudely refuse you care if you aren't 15 minutes early.
