I went to Pam for a brow wax and she was amazing!! I was a first time client, and I felt like she asked all the right questions to know what I have gotten done to my brows in the past, and what I wanted done at my appointment. She was super friendly, and I felt right at home during my appointment. The studio is in a great spot in Brooklyn, and there was plenty of signage to find the studio. Obsessed with this place - I get my brows laminated and tinted and they come out amazing and so so natural. I see Dinara each time and she does such a perfect job. My mom even came because she loved my brows so much and she was so happy with hers too. The studio is also beyond cute and I almost always fall asleep during my brows because of how gentle Dinara is and how vibey the studio is.

I had a lash lift and tint done by Elizabeth and it was amazing!! She explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. The space is super serene and relaxing, all around a great experience! My lashes look phenomenal and I’m very pleased with the service I received!

I got lamination done here and it didn’t even last 1 week (yes I followed all of their care directions). My eyebrows looked super unruly because the employee did not cut my eyebrows during shaping and the lamination had them wildly & unevenly spurting out in different directions. I had to go somewhere else to get this fixed.

Person I saw Elizabeth was not friendly at all. I had some issues I reported to the owner and did not hear back. Disappointing
