I was very pleased with my entire visit to the No Mankato clinic . I was a new patient , first visit with Dr Sorenson. She spent time asking me questions & listened to my concerns but was also efficient, adding some medications that seemed very sensible & that would help my issues. She quickly sent me for an x-ray, she put me at ease. The x-ray tech was so sweet & made me feel comfortable. Dr. Amy Sorenson is very professional and caring. She’s friendly and funny, but can be no nonsense as appropriate. She spends as much time as needed answering questions, explaining lab results, why she wants certain labs, what they will or will not show. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and I trust her judgment completely. I’m thinking of switching all my medical providers to Mayo Mankato…except Dr. Amy Sorenson. I definitely will not leave her…she’s absolutely the best I’ve ever had as my primary care physician.... read more
I really felt welcomed at the North Mankato Clinic by the welcome sign at the front entrance. I speak English but I appreciated the welcome sign in multiple languages. It shows that you care about all people and that diversity is important to you! Your building is amazing and love the photography on the walls! Staff greeted me in a friendly manner and talked about flu and COVID vaccines right at checkin! I love prevention!
