Excellent work getting the property ready for quick probate sale. It was an older home with a few unforseen issues (old buried oil furnace fuel tank) that needed to be addressed. She had connections to be able to get the work done quickly and at a fair price. She was easy to work with and always available to answer or address questions or problems that came up. A pleasure to work with during a stressful time. I would use her again.
