What a great first experience with Dr Jackson and her staff. All were very polite and prompt. Very thorough exam and professional. We discussed breast health as well and a referral was made due to family history. They called by the end of the day that I had my appointment with Dr Jackson to set up appointment. Very good follow up!!
Out of all the hospital systems in northeast Ohio, Summa Health has treated me the best!
This is just a horrible experience. If you wanted to be treated like a steak that fell on restaurant floor then you should go see doctor Amy her and her staff will Make you feel like trash. This place is just a mess they said they're arguing over the supplies fondling them touching them getting their germs all over everything I don't even think she washed her hands seriously! she'll get you in there bill you do a bunch of stuff and then literally tell you nothing.
