The best supervisor!! Love Dr. Amy!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Amy for five years and I highly recommend her. My children have seen her associates and I’ve been pleased with the results. I’ve even referred a friend and it has helped her tremendously. I like the atmosphere at the office and the flexibility of scheduling.
I went to this office for around 2 years. The first psychologist was amazing. After 1 year he left. He recommended another lady in the office. I hesitated but ended up scheduling an appointment. I visit with her every other week for about a year. She was okay but, She was late almost everyday and dismissed me early too. They will bill your insurance when they are not suppose to then pretty much blame it on you. They dont like answering the phone and dont call you back when they say they are. The counselor was awesome but i still will never step foot in there again. Rachel, the receptionist ruined any chace of that.
They asked me to verify my benefits before coming in and have ME tell THEM what to bill. I found that weird but complied. Turns out I read my benefits wrong and overpaid. They don't have a billing number to call and told me they'd get back to me soon about refunding me my money. My therapist was nice but the place is unorganized and rarely answers calls. When I needed to change an appointment, the receptionist got exasperated with me like I was an annoyance. Really unprofessional place.
