Amy was very thorough in diagnosing my issue. She took time to actually sit down and talk about it. Her manorism and professionalism actually it made me feel like she cared about my issue and wanted to help. After diagnosing my issue she took Her time to weigh out all the possible solutions And explain each one thoroughly I enough that I would be able to make a good decision.
