Don’t bother. Very disappointed!! We booked in for our newborn photos, sooo excited to get these done for my first baby. We rescued a voucher for this and also paid some money toward it as well. I was so excited about this because I could not afford the full cost. First appointment cancelled due to tc Alf, then second apt cancelled due to something coming up in photographers family. If I could I would be giving 0 stars. I'm not the one to post reviews, but this was very disappointing. I received a $450 voucher from the hospital for newborn pics and was very excited use as this is my first baby! Everything was booked in, I paid the $75 refundable deposit and then the cyclone hit so obviously had to reschedule and then they had a family emergency the second time I booked in and then never got back about rescheduling so I asked for my deposit back and they said on multiple occasions that it would be refund... read more

Really unprofessional people I tried to make appointment with them over the phone by calling them few times after that on their website says book for phone discovery call I booked it 3 times no one called me back these people are so unprofessional I have $450 gift card sitting with me don’t know what to do with that thanks
