I recently purchased a home in which Amy was the seller's agent. The sale took over 3 months when it did not have to. Yes real estate deals can have delays but this agent caused most issues with this transaction. There is no nice way to day this but she is a LIAR. She kept telling my agent repairs were done when they weren't. I have photos throughout the process to backup everything I say.
