Dr Herman might be great but her staff is not. I did my research and selected Dr Herman as my new PCP based on reviews, credentials, and two places listing her as taking new patients, etc. Set up the insurance, made an appointment through Endeavor’s online booking (which also says she’s taking new patients). Then they cancel the appointment saying she isn’t taking new patients. She is the best doctor, super attentive, and great at what she does. I have been with her for ten years.
Dr Herman is an excellent physician with a caring bed side manor.
Dr Herman is professional and caring. She listens and takes time to go over issues and make recommendations. Our internal medicine physician retired and recommended Dr Herman. I am very pleased.
Wonderful, wonderful. Wonderful! What a difference from my previous primary doctor! Dr. Herman is warm, empathic, and listens to the patient's concerns. She is positive and encouraging. I am relieved and happy that she accepted me as a new patient.
