Worst doctor and professionalism. Her colleague calls me 30 mins before appointment saying she can’t accept new patient while I was driving to get there taking day off work.This appointment was booked a month ago. Not recommended at all
Most incompetent doctor ever, confirmed my appointment and then canceled last minute after I took time off of work and was already on my way there and fasted 12+ hours to do my blood work. Please do not waste your time going here. Mind you, her website profile says she is currently accepting new patients. Her staff member was rude, not at all sympathetic or understanding, just sounded lazy. There are multiple negative reviews on other MD websites from people saying the same thing about her. Dr Herman might be great but her staff is not. I did my research and selected Dr Herman as my new PCP based on reviews, credentials, and two places listing her as taking new patients, etc. Set up the insurance, made an appointment through Endeavor’s online booking (which also says she’s taking new patients). Then they cancel the appointment saying she isn’t taking new patients. She is the best doctor, super attentive, and great at what she does. I have been with her for ten years.
