Dr. Hartmann was great, but apparently her office staff is incompetent. I had my visit in July. Went straight from the exam room out to the eyeglass display. Was helped to select my frames and given a total after insurance. Before I gave her my card, she specifically said, "And I'll add the $5 for your exam." Done. A week later, I get a bill in the mail for the $5 copay. No big deal, I'll just clear it up when I pick up my glasses. Get the message they're ready, go in, minor adjustments, good to go. I’m seeing a lot of positive reviews, but honestly, I felt rushed through the process.She was nice enough, but didn’t take much time with me. I had a few concerns that i mentioned to the assistant. They werent addressed at all.
