Why are these front desk people still employed? Specifically Kayla, I think that’s her name…She is unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional every single time I’ve encountered her. If your life is so miserable that you have to put others down and make them feel bad about themselves, simply for asking for the help and care, then you shouldn’t be working this type of job. I've been going here for many years I usually don't have any problems. Dr harmasch Is a fantastic doctor and is able to keep track of all my medical conditions and keep everything in order however recently I've been having issues when contacting the office I had previously been seen to discuss my surgery in concern over my week immune system and the need for antibiotics post-op. the antibiotics were not sent over by my surgeon after back surgery. I’m sharing this rating now to help others avoid the mistake of choosing this office. I will post a full review once I’ve found a new physician in the coming weeks. Please reconsider before going to this office. The experience I’ve had over the past few years with both the doctors and the front staff has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Harmasch is great! She listens and caring. However, the office staff is horrible. They are rude on the phone and act like your a problem when you call. That is why I don't call for an appointment unless it's absolutely necessary.
