Wish I can drop 0 star tbh. My experience working with Dr. Gonzales was actually disappointing and showed me a side of this workplace that patients may never see. I personally witnessed what I felt was favoritism and a very unhealthy way of handling concerns with employees. Dr. Gonzales could act as though she cared about you to your face, while at the same time reporting issues about you instead of having a genuine conversation with you directly.
