I was selling my condo in Arizona while living in Illinois. Amy consistantly updated me on showings and comparables in the area. When an offer came through, she negotiated a very favorable price on my behalf. She made the closing process very easy for me by overseeing the inspection of the property and arranging for a notary to come to me with the closing documents. Thanks to Amy, the entire transaction was stress free.
