I have seen Dr. Fulton for almost 20 years and had never had an issue until recently. Very dismissive of my concerns, extremely rude, heavy sighing when I raised issues I was having. I used to love her and had never had an issue, but something has clearly changed. Would not explain xray results or answer questions.

I saw Dr. Fulton for 10 years consistently and always had a great experience until COVID. I know it was a hard time for all medical professionals and I was empathetic to that, but Dr. Fulton's behavior ONE time was enough for me to walk away and find another doctor. I was a patient of doctor Fulton for 14 years. I had severe gastrointestinal symptoms for over a year that she completely dismissed. Then one day woke up to septic shock from a perforated diverticulitis. I nearly died. After 3 weeks in the hospital she refused to work with the patient care manager to set up my home health care. Dr Fulton is great however the office staff or management is horrible. They are always rude and act like it is inconvenient for them to help you. They make assurances on the phone without any understanding of what they are doing or the impacts that their failures cause. Very disappointing.
