This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I reached out at 30 weeks pregnant while planning to travel from Texas to give birth in La Mesa, expecting clear communication and professionalism. Instead, the staff answering the phones were unprofessional, and promised callbacks never happened. I had to repeatedly follow up myself while coordinating with my clinic in Texas to send records. I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. I find everybody at this location to be absolutely amazing, fast communication, friendly, and very secured feeling. I don't go anywhere else for my OBGYN appointments. The parking lot gives me anxiety, but at least there's always enough parking. The building is easy to get into on account it's on the first floor. Plenty of waiting area space and just in general a nice office.
