I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. I find everybody at this location to be absolutely amazing, fast communication, friendly, and very secured feeling. I don't go anywhere else for my OBGYN appointments. The parking lot gives me anxiety, but at least there's always enough parking. The building is easy to get into on account it's on the first floor. Plenty of waiting area space and just in general a nice office.

I don't know what happened with West Coast OB Gyn, a lot has changed, and not for good. Communication has really gone down with the administrative people, and they're just not very nice. My biggest gripe has been with the providers, for some reason the doctors are seldom available and so you have options of the NPs or PAs. They are professionals too, and I don't have a problem with them seeing me, but Tanya Zúñiga is someone that needs bedside manner training ASAP. Most providers were friendly. Never had any scheduling issues. PA, Aimme Levinson, was horrible. Her beside manner needs to be adjusted. She incorrectly told me that I am measuring "weeks ahead" without even charting or telling me what the fundal height measured. She charted words like "still not done" and used exclamation marks throughout her documentation which is bad practice and editorializing. I would like to tell you my experience with Dr Sofia Klar in West Coast OBGYN. I really appreciate her, she is so nice and smart person, she gives her patients time , listen to their problems and helps to decide the right treatment. She had done for me a surgery last month and I am really satisfied about her work, efforts and her stuff too. I recommend her.

Got stuck in traffic on the way to my appointment. Called in to let them know and they told me that I had a 15 minute grace period. I was able to get there in 11 minutes after my grace period and they did not accept me because I they “changed their grace period”. Absolutely so frustrating as I would have only been a minute past their “new” grace period and they should’ve honored the grace period the representative on the phone told me.
