I really like Dr. French’s bedside manner. She is caring, professional and patient. I stopped seeing her for awhile however as once you leave her office it is really difficult to get any follow up with prescriptions or other care from her. I don’t know if it is her or her staff but it is really frustrating. I called at least 5x to get a refill on a simple medication. Dr. French is ok for Pap smears. HOWEVER, if you have pelvic pain, painful periods, etc. do not see her. I ended up seeing a specialist for endometriosis after being ignored from her and was diagnosed with endometriosis that Dr. French was trying to mask for months by attempting to put me on Orillisa (which she gets paid extra to do) or kept changing my birth control up constantly to see if it will “help.” Endometriosis can not be cured with a medication.
